Technical Support
We offer remote based support
on an ad-hoc incident basis at $165 per hour (incl. GST) or part
thereof for calls during Australian EST business hours (9am to
5am), and mission critical support for call outside of thise ours
at $225 per hour (incl. GST).
Technical support can only be
administered to clients who have signed and submitted an "Enagagment
of Services" contract and a "Confidentiality Agreement"
with Bray Consulting.
We user a myriad of remote support
processes to accommodate you special situation, and have adopted
an industry leading "fixed or free" motto for our technical
support practices.
